Wick and Whiff Refund Policy

At Wick and Whiff, we are committed to creating handcrafted luxury candles and products that bring warmth, fragrance, and joy into your space. Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required to process any refund.

 

Non-Refundable Items

Customized or personalized items (such as custom-scented or labeled candles) are non-refundable.

Sale items are non-refundable.

 

Refund Process

Request a Refund: Email us at jai10@poshmediainc.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s), including your order number and reason for the return.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Wick and Whiff is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.

 

Processing

 Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, credited to your original payment method.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label for quality assurance. A replacement or full refund will be issued for verified damaged or defective items after defective items are returned. A return label will not be provided to you via email. 

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider first. If issues persist, reach out to us at jai10@poshmedicinc.com and we will be happy to assist.
