At Wick and Whiff, we take pride in creating handcrafted, luxury candles and products, and we’re excited to share them with you! Below is our shipping policy, including details on processing times, shipping options, and delivery estimates.

 

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Orders containing customized items may require additional processing time. Estimated times will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days (available in select areas)

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any potential carrier delays outside of our control.

 

Local Drop-Off Service

(Ocean Springs, MS Area)

We are pleased to offer a same-day drop-off service for customers located within a 15-mile radius of Ocean Springs, MS.

• Same-Day Drop-Off: Orders must be placed by 1 PM for same-day drop-off service.

• Drop-offs are only available for customers within the specified 15-mile radius.

• There may be an additional fee for this service, calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey. Tracking information may take 24 hours to update after shipping.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses We currently ship to physical addresses within the U.S. only. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
